摘　　要：针对城市停车难,大量经营性停车场空置率高,分散的停车场管理系统信息孤岛严重,缺乏区域型统筹管控等问题,提出了一种综合应用云计算、物联网、大数据等技术的区域级别智慧停车云平台,实现了停车场信息的实时采集、处理和共享,提高了停车场利用率和管理效率,促进了城市交通的优化。This article proposes a regional-level intelligent parking cloud platform that integrates cloud computing,Internet of Things,and big data technologies to address issues such as difficulty in finding parking in urban areas,high vacancy rates in many commercial parking lots,a fragmented parking lot management system resulting in information silos,and a lack of regional coordination and control.The platform enables real-time collection,processing,and sharing of parking lot information,which improves the utilization and management efficiency of parking lots and promotes the optimization of urban traffic.
