摘 要:为确定河南省引黄受水区水资源承载力状况,构建了包括水资源、生态环境和经济社会3个准则的指标体系,采用基于AHP法和EWM法组合权重的TOPSIS模型,对该区2010-2021年水资源承载力进行评价。结果表明:2010-2021年河南省引黄受水区水资源承载力呈现上升态势,但水资源承载力等级整体偏低,大多数为Ⅲ级(临界),均未达到Ⅰ级(可承载)水平;2021年河南省引黄受水区水资源承载力障碍因子中供水模数影响最大,城市污水处理率影响最小;从水资源和生态环境准则来看,该地区水资源承载力还有很大提升空间,可以从加大水资源管理力度、加强节水宣传等方面加以改善。In order to determine the water resources carrying capacity of the Yellow River diversion area in Henan Province,three criteria layers of water resources,ecological environment and economic society were built.A TOPSIS model based on the combination of AHP and EWM weights was used to evaluate the comprehensive water resources carrying capacity of the area from 2010 to 2021.The results show that from 2010 to 2021,the water resources carrying capacity of the Yellow River diversion area in Henan Province shows an upward trend,but the overall level of water resources carrying capacity is relatively lower,most of them are level III(critical),but they have not reached level I(bearable);In 2021,the water supply modulus has the greatest impact on the carrying capacity of water resources in the water diversion ar⁃eas of Henan Province,while the urban sewage treatment rate has the smallest impact;From the perspective of water resources and ecological environment standards,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the water resources carrying capacity of the region,which can be im⁃proved by increasing water resources management efforts and strengthening water⁃saving publicity.
