摘　　要：[目的]构建儿童慢性免疫性血小板减少症(CITP)中医生存质量量表。[方法]采用德尔菲法,选择相关领域专家30名,通过两轮专家问卷咨询,确立具有中医特色的儿童CITP生存质量量表。[结果]两轮问卷专家的积极系数分别为97%和100%,权威系数分别为0.84和0.86。两轮问卷的肯德尔系数为0.357和0.593(P<0.01)。[结论]研究制定的儿童CITP中医生存质量量表可用于临床,为CITP儿童的生活质量提供客观量化的评价依据。[Objective]To develop a quality of life scale which is characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for chronic immune thrombocytopenia in children.[Methods]Using the Delphi method to select 30 experts in related fields.After two rounds of expert questionnaire consultation,the TCM quality of life scale for chronic thrombocytopenia was established.[Results]The positive coefficients of the experts were 97%and 100%respectively,the authoritative coefficient were 0.84 and 0.86,and the Kendall coefficients of the two rounds of questionnaires were 0.357 and 0.593,respectively(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The TCM quality of life scale for children with CITP developed in this study can be used to provide objective and quantitative evaluation basis for the quality of life of children with CITP in clinic.
