摘　　要：据相关数据显示,2018年全国的碳排放有近九成来源于企业的生产、生活活动。作为碳排放主体与创新主体的企业,在享受国家、社会、人民给他们创造的财富的同时,也应担负起企业碳中和社会责任。河南省作为能源生产和消耗大省,在我国“双碳”目标中扮演着重要角色。重点研究了河南企业社会责任的内涵建设、碳中和措施分析、碳中和行动方案以及考核激励机制。According to relevant data,nearly 90%of China's carbon emissions in 2018 came from the production and living activities of enterprises.As the main body of carbon emissions and innovation,enterprises should not only enjoy the wealth created by the country,society,and people,but also shoulder their carbon neutrality social responsibility.As a major province in energy production and consumption,Henan Province plays an important role in China's"dual carbon"goals.The focus was on the construction of the connotation of corporate social responsibility in Henan,analysis of carbon neutrality measures,action plans for carbon neutrality,and assessment and incentive mechanisms.
