摘　　要：双高背景下,国家对高职教育提出了更高的要求。传统会计专业在新经济时代对接大数据技术,对专业岗位需求、人才培养提出了新的要求,改革势在必行。结合双高背景下大数据与会计专业的建设需要,指出专业建设的总目标为守正创新下的高质量发展,提出了专业培养理念,从师资队伍建设、课程体系建设、实验实训条件建设、校企合作建设以及职业素养提升五个方面对人才培养提出建设性意见,以期能够在新时代条件下提升专业人才培养质量,更好服务社会经济发展。Under the background of the double high construction,the country has put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education.Traditional Accounting major integrating the big data in the new economic times proposes the new requirements for professional job requirements and talent cultivation.The reform is imperative.Combined with the construction requirements of the Big Data and Accounting under the background of the double high construction,this paper points out that the the overall goal of professional construction is high-quality development under the guidance of integrity and innovation.It proposes a professional training concept,and provides constructive suggestions for talent cultivation from five aspects:teacher team building,curriculum system construction,experimental and practical training conditions construction,school enterprise cooperation construction,and professional literacy improvement,in order to improve the quality of professional talent cultivation in the new era,better serve social and economic development.
