sFlt-1、PLGF及apelin在子痫前期发病机制中的作用研究

摘　　要：研究了子痫前期患者血清中sFlt-1、PLGF、apelin的表达水平,并探讨了三者在子痫前期发病机制中的作用及三者的关系。以早发型子痫前期孕妇22例,晚发型子痫前期孕妇35例,对照组正常孕妇40例为样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测了其血清中sFlt-1、PLGF、apelin的水平。研究结果表明,各组样本中均可检测到sFlt-1、PLGF和apelin的表达。其中,sFlt-1和apelin的表达量在早发型、晚发型子痫前期组均高于对照组(P<0.05),PLGF的表达量均低于对照组(P<0.05);早发型、晚发型子痫前期组的sFlt-1/PLGF比值也均高于对照组(P<0.05);早发型子痫前期组sFlt-1的表达高于晚发型子痫前期组(P<0.05),PLGF的表达量低于晚发型子痫前期组(P<0.05)。sFlt-1/PLGF比值和apelin在早发型子痫前期患者血清中的表达呈正相关(r=0.705,P<0.05)。由此可见,sFlt-1、PLGF和apelin均参与了子痫前期的发病过程,且sFlt-1/PLGF比值与apelin发挥着协同作用。This paper investigates the expression levels of sFlt-1,PLGF and apelin in serum with preeclampsia patients,and explores their respective roles in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and their relationship.Peripheral blood samples are obtained from 22 pregnant women with early-onset preeclampsia,35 pregnant women with late-onset preeclampsia and 40 normal pregnant women,and levels of sFlt-1,PLGF,apelin are determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The result shows that the expression of sFlt-1,PLGF and apelin can be detected in all samples.The expression levels of sFlt-1 and apelin in the early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia groups are higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the expression levels of PLGF are lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The ratio of sFlt-1/PLGF in the early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia groups is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of sFlt-1 in the early-onset preeclampsia group is higher than that in the late-onset preeclampsia group(P<0.05),and the expression of PLGF is lower than that in late-onset preeclampsia group(P<0.05).sFlt-1/PLGF ratio is positively correlated with apelin expression in serum of patients with early-onset preeclampsia(r=0.705,P<0.05).In conclusion,sFlt-1,PLGF and apelin are all involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,and the ratio of sFlt-1/PLGF plays a synergistic role with apelin.
