摘  要:通过对断热节能复合砌块、插芯混凝土小型砌块等集建筑保温与墙体围护功能于一体的复合砌块墙体内表面温度进行分析发现,虽然复合保温砌块具有比较优异的保温隔热性能,但成墙后由于不同区域热阻值有大有小,各部位会有不同的热传递速率,从而导致内表面温度分布不均匀,引发保温墙体在肋、外壁等部位的结露风险。Through the analysis of the inner surface temperature of the wall formed by the composite block which integrated the building insulation function and the wall enclosure function,such as the heat-breaking energy-saving composite block and the small plug-in concrete block,it is found that the inner surface tempera⁃ture of the wall formed by the composite block which integrated the building insulation function and the wall enclosure function is analyzed.The composite thermal insulation block had excellent thermal insulation perfor⁃mance.However,after the wall is formed,due to the different thermal resistance values in different regions,there would be different heat transfer rates in different parts.As a result,the temperature distribution on the in⁃ner surface is uneven,causing the condensation risk of the insulation wall in the ribs,outer walls and other parts.It is hoped that this phenomenon will attract the attention of the industry.
