摘  要:开展硅灰掺量、水胶比和养护龄期对地聚物混凝土抗压强度的影响研究,确定最佳的地聚物混凝土配合比。研究结果表明:地聚物混凝土的抗压强度随着养护龄期的增加呈现先增大后稳定的趋势,抗压强度早期增长幅度较快;其抗压强度随着硅灰掺量的增加呈现先平稳后下降的趋势;其抗压强度随水胶比的增大呈现逐渐增加后稳定的趋势;本文条件下,地聚物混凝土最佳配比为矿渣333.5kg/m^(3)、硅灰83.3kg/m^(3)、细骨料513kg/m^(3)、粗骨料999kg/m^(3)、水72.5kg/m^(3)、氢氧化钠39.5kg/m^(3)、水玻璃161.8kg/m^(3)。The effects of silica ash content,water-adhesive ratio and curing age on the compressive strength of concrete,and the optimal concrete mix ratio of aggregated concrete is determined.The results show that the compressive strength of geopolymer concrete shows a trend of increasing first and then stabilizing with the in⁃crease of curing age and the compressive strength of cubic concrete increases rapidly in the early stage.Its compressive strength shows a trend of first stable and then decreasing with the increase of silica ash content.Its compressive strength gradually increases and stabilizes with the increase of water-adhesive ratio.Under the conditions of this paper,the optimal ratio of geopolymer concrete is 333.5kg/m^(3)for slag,83.3kg/m^(3)for silica ash,513kg/m^(3)for fine aggregate,999kg/m^(3)for coarse aggregate,72.5kg/m^(3)for water,39.5kg/m^(3)for sodium hy⁃droxide and 161.8kg/m^(3)for water glass.The above research results provide a certain reference for the optimal design of the mixing ratio of geopolymer concrete.
