摘　　要：废旧混凝土就地资源化利用方式有别于传统转运回收利用方式,在项目中实施可使项目中产生的废旧混凝土实现自消纳,经济社会效益相对较好。为此,阐述了废旧混凝土就地资源化利用的定义与优势,分析了现阶段对废旧混凝土开展就地资源化利用的制约因素,并从技术创新与标准规范、配套设备研发、政策法规建立健全三个方面针对性开展了废旧混凝土就地资源化利用相关策略研究。The on-site resource utilization method of waste concrete is different from the traditional transporta⁃tion and recycling method.The implementation of the project can enable the waste concrete generated in the project to be self-absorbed,and the economic and social benefits are relatively good.This article expounds the definition and advantages of on-site resource utilization of waste concrete,analyzes the constraints on on-site resource utilization of waste concrete at this stage,and conducts targeted research on strategies related to onsite resource utilization of waste concrete from the three aspects of technological innovation and standards,re⁃search and development of supporting equipment,and the establishment and improvement of policies and regu⁃lations.
