摘　　要：先天性心脏病是人类最常见的出生缺陷,与胚胎期心血管发育密切相关。ELABELA/Apelin-APJ通路主要包含2个肽配体ELABELA、Apelin以及他们共同的受体APJ。已知ELABELA|Apelin-APJ通路参与了多种生理、病理过程,且与多种疾病的发生密切相关。近年来ELABELA/Apelin-APJ通路与心血管发育之间的关系得到广泛关注。文章主要针对ELABELA/Apelin-APJ通路对心血管发育强大的调控作用进行总结和比较,旨在揭示这两条通路在心脏发育的不同阶段所起的作用,以及在预防先天性心血管畸形方面的意义。Congenital heart disease is the commonest birth defect and is closely related to cardiovascular development during the embryonic period.ELABELA/Apelin-APJ pathway mainly contains two peptide ligands,ELABELA and Apelin,as well as their common receptor APJ.It is known that ELABELA/Apelin-APJ pathway is involved in many physiological and pathological processes and is closely related to the occurrence of many disease.In recent years,the relationship between the ELABELA/Apelin-APJ pathway and cardiovascular development has received extensive attention.This article mainly summarizes and compares the powerful regulatory effects of the ELABELA/Apelin-APJ pathway on cardiovascular development,aiming to reveal the role of the two pathways in different stages of cardiac development and the great significance in preventing congenital cardiovascular malformation.
