摘 要:目的了解贵州省男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)寻找性伴的场所,分析不同场所寻找性伴的MSM性行为特征。方法2018年1月—2020年6月,在贵州省8个市(州)通过滚雪球法招募MSM,经知情同意后进行面对面匿名问卷调查,对人口学及性行为特征进行分析。结果研究共纳入3764份有效问卷,本次调查中76.4%的研究对象寻找性伴的场所为互联网场所,20.4%为线下消费场所,3.3%为线下非消费场所。调查对象的艾滋病防治知识总知晓率为91.0%(3425/3764),在线下非消费场所寻找性伴的MSM知晓率最低,仅为74.0%(91/123)。在互联网场所寻找性伴的MSM知晓艾滋病知识(92.7%)、做过艾滋病检测(54.3%)、近一年接受同伴教育占比(64.1%)均为最高,在线下非消费场所寻找性伴的MSM占比最低,分别为74.0%、29.3%、31.7%。结论本研究人群寻找性伴场所以互联网场所为主,不同场所寻找性伴的MSM人口学及行为学特征的差异有统计学意义,应根据不同场所的特点进行针对性干预。Objective To investigate the places of MSM looking for sexual partners in Guizhou Province,and to analyze the characteristics of sexual behavior of MSM looking for sexual partners in different places.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,snowball sampling method was used to recruit MSM in 8 cities(prefectures) of Guizhou Province.After informed consent was obtained,a face-to-face anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the demographic and sexual behavior characteristics.Results A total of 3,764 valid questionnaires were retrieved in this research.76.4% of the respondents in this survey reported that the places where they looked for sexual partners were the Internet bars.20.4% of the respondents reported that the places where they searched for sexual partners were offline consumption sites.3.3% of the respondents reported that the places where they sought sexual partners were offline non-consumption sites.The total awareness rate of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge among the respondents was 91.0%(3,425/3,764),and the awareness rate of MSM seeking sexual partners in offline non-consumption places was the lowest,only 74.0%(91/123).As for MSM looking for sexual partners in the Internet bars,the proportions of MSM with AIDS knowledge awareness(92.7%),undergoing HIV testing(54.3%) and receiving peer education in the last year(64.1%) were the highest.As for MSM searching for sexual partners in offline non-consumption places,the proportions of MSM with AIDS knowledge awareness(74.0%),undergoing HIV testing(29.3%) and receiving peer education in the last year(31.7%) were the lowest.Conclusion The population surveyed in this study looked for sexual partners mainly in the Internet bars,and the demographic and behavioral characteristics of MSM seeking sexual partners in different places showed statistically significant differences.It is necessary to conduct targeted interventions according to the characteristics of different sites.
