摘　　要：分子诊断技术日新月异,TaqMan微流体芯片作为一种新兴的病原体筛查技术,具有快速高效、灵敏准确、检测范围广等特点,应用研究也逐年增加,在疾病监测、临床诊疗、食品卫生领域表现尤为突出。本文将针对TaqMan微流体芯片技术应用发展进行综述,为广大科研工作者提供研究新方向、新思路。With the rapid development of molecular diagnostic technology,TaqMan array card,as an emerging pathogen screening technology,has the characteristics of rapidness,high efficiency,sensitivity and accuracy,and its application research is increasing year by year,especially in the fields of disease surveillance,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and food hygiene.In this paper,we will review the developments in the application of TaqMan array card technology,aiming to provide new directions and new ideas for researchers.
