摘　　要：分析了国内聚氯乙烯行业生产现状、技术现状和存在问题。鉴于国家对安全和环境保护的监管日益严格,以及新冠肺炎疫情和全球经济衰退的影响,国内PVC行业受到前所未有的冲击,生产压力逐渐加大。为此提出了新的发展方向和建议。The current production status,technical status,and existing problems of the domestic polyvinyl chloride industry had been analyzed.In view of the increasingly strict national supervision on safety and environmental protection,as well as the impact of the COVID-19 and the global economic recession,the domestic PVC industry had been hit unprecedentedly,and was under gradually increasing stress.New development directions and suggestions were proposed.
