摘　　要：针对混合法聚氯乙烯糊树脂生产装置出料系统易被塑化物堵塞的问题进行了工艺改造,新增了篮式过滤器及去离子水冲洗管线,提高了聚合釜的利用率,降低了安全风险。In order to solve the problem of the discharging system of a mixed-method PVC paste resin plant being easily blocked by plasticized substances,a process transformation was carried out.A basket filter and deionized water flushing pipeline were added,thus,the utilization rate of the polymerizer was improved and safety risks was reduced.
