水合肼消除丙烯酸异辛酯改性PVC中残留单体的研究

摘　　要：通过溶胀聚合方法制备出丙烯酸异辛酯改性PVC树脂,然后添加水合肼与残留的丙烯酸异辛酯单体进行加成反应,研究了水合肼用量对残留丙烯酸异辛酯浓度及改性PVC树脂加工性能的影响。结果表明:经水合肼处理后,改性PVC树脂的刺激性气味显著降低,残留丙烯酸异辛酯的转化率达到了70%以上,并且残留单体的浓度随着水合肼用量的增加逐渐降低;但水合肼用量过多会导致改性PVC树脂平衡扭矩升高及分解变色,因此实际添加量不宜超过单体质量的3%.2-Ethylhexyl acrylate modified PVC resin was synthesized by swelling polymerization.Hydrazine hydrate was added to eliminate residual 2-ethylhexyl acrylate by an addition reaction.The im-pact of different amount of hydrazine hydrate on the processability and residual monomer content of modi-fied PVC resin were investigated.The results showed that the pungent odor of modified PVC resin was significantly reduced after treatment by hydrazine hydrate,conversion rate of residual 2-ethylhexyl acry-late monomer reached more than 70%,and the residual monomer content decreased with the increase of hydrazine hydrate dosage.However,excessive amount of hydrazine hydrate would lead to the increase in equilibrium torque and decomposition discoloration of modified PVC resin,so the addition of it should not exceed 3%of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate mass.
