摘　　要：采用Autodesk inventor三维设计软件,对PVC双层轴向中空壁管材进行尺寸与环刚度设计计算,并结合生产产品检验进行验证分析,检测数值与设计值吻合度高。该软件也可用于类似结构复杂的管材结构设计以及环刚度计算。By using Autodesk Inventor 3D design software,the dimension and ring stiffness of doub-le-layer axial-hollow walled PVC pipe were designed and calculated.The desiga values were verified by the inspection values of manufactured products.The inspection values are highly consistent with the de-sign values.This software could be used to the design of similar complicated pipe structures and the calcu-lation of ring stiffness too.
