摘　　要：针对一起PVC聚合釜满釜事件,对事故的原因和经过进行了深入分析。通过数据支撑反复论证,最终找到发生事故的根本原因——仪表使用工况发生变化而导致仪表计量异常,并制定了事故的防范措施。In response to a PVC polymerization kettle full filling incident,the cause and process of the accident were thoroughly analyzed.Through data support and repeated argumentation,the root cause of the accident was ultimately found:an event caused by abnormal instrument measurement due to chan-ges in instrument operating conditions.Preventive measures against the accident were developed.
