麦草机械浆的制备及其在箱板纸中的应用性研究

摘　　要：随着国际贸易中限废令的不断实施以及国内箱板纸消耗量的逐年增加,国内造纸原材料不足的问题越发严峻,急需寻找出一种可以替代废纸进行箱板纸制造的原材料。在各种造纸原材料中,我国木材资源严重缺乏,木浆价格居高不下,废纸随着禁废令的实施,价格不断攀升,而非木材植物纤维原料储量丰富、价格低廉、分布广泛,非常适合代替废纸进行造纸生产。本论文以麦草为原料,在不加化学药品的前提下,采用热水预处理制备麦草机械浆,并与工业废纸浆共混配抄成纸,以期望满足箱板纸物理强度要求,改善我国造纸原材料短缺的问题,同时可以避免环境污染。研究结果表明,选定磨浆前热水预处理时间为120min,温度为120℃,液比为1:4,磨浆过程为高浓三段磨浆,磨浆浓度分别为20%、15%、15%,盘磨间隙分别为0.25mm、0.15mm、0.15mm时磨出的浆料纤维性质较好,良浆得率较高。通过将以上麦草机械浆以5%-25%的比例与工业废纸浆进行共混配抄,其纸张物理强度能够达到国家标准。With the continuous implementation of the waste restriction order in international trade and the increasing consumption of domestic carton paper,the problem of insufficient raw materials for domestic papermaking is becoming more and more serious.It is urgent to find a raw material that can replace waste paper for carton paper manufacturing.Among various paper-making raw materials,China is seriously short of wood resources,and the price of wood pulp remains high.With the implementation of the waste ban,the price of waste paper is rising.Non-wood plant fiber raw materials are rich in reserves,low in price and widely distributed,which are very suit-able for paper production instead of waste paper.Therefore,in this paper,wheat straw is used as raw material,and wheat straw mechanical pulp is prepared by hot water pretreatment without adding chemicals,and blended with industrial waste pulp to make paper,so as to meet the physical strength requirements of box board paper,improve the shortage of raw materials for papermaking in China,avoid environmental pollution and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on the analysis of a large number of experimental data,the paper concludes that the pretreatment time of hot water before grinding is 120min,the temperature is 120 C,the liquid ratio is 1:4,the grinding process is high concentration three-stage grinding,the grinding concentration is 20%in the first stage,15%in the second stage and 15%in the third stage,and the disc grinding gap is 0.25mm in the first stage,0.15mm in the second stage and 0.15mm in the third stage.Under this condition,the fiber properties of the pulp are better and the yield of good pulp is higher,which meets the requirements of the paper industry.By blending wheat straw mechanical pulp with waste pulp at a ratio of 5%-25%,the physical strength of the paper was tested and compared with the national standard of box board paper.It can be seen that wheat straw mechanical pulp can replace part of the waste pulp while meeting the production require
