摘 要:对磁选机轴承端盖砂型铸造生产中产生的气孔缺陷类型、形成机理进行了分析,使用金属型-砂型组合铸造工艺方案并进行工艺设计。生产实践证明,改进后的铸造工艺不但明显改善了气孔质量缺陷,而且使产品合格率及生产效率都得到极大提高。The types and formation mechanism of porosity defects in sand mold casting of magnetic separator bearing end caps were analyzed.The casting process scheme using metal mold and sand mold combination was proposed and the process design was carried out.The production practice has proved that the improved casting process can improve the porosity defects,the qualified rate of products and the production efficiency.
