摘　　要：随着蠕墨铸铁的技术不断发展进步,其应用范围不断扩展,目前生产发动机气缸体、气缸盖毛坯牌号多为RuT400、RuT450,但RuT500牌号一直没有应用。针对RuT500蠕墨铸铁工艺生产要求,通过严格控制原材料,合理选择化学成分,并针对电炉熔炼特点制定合理工艺,选用精准的喂丝法生产,成功生产了满足RuT500性能要求的发动机气缸体毛坯,达到了高性能铸件的要求。With the continuous development of the technology of vermicular graphite cast iron,its application range has been continuously expanded.At present,the blank brand of engine cylinder block and cylinder head are mostly RuT400 and RuT450,but the RuT500 brand has not been applied.According to the production requirements of RuT500 vermicular graphite cast iron process,through strict control of raw materials,reasonable selection of chemical composition,and the selection of precise wire feeding method,the engine cylinder block blank meeting the performance requirements was successfully produced to meet the requirements of high performance castings.
