摘 要:对超超临界汽轮机用铸钢ZG11Cr10Mo1NiWVNbN材质熔炼、不同热处理工艺进行试验研究。试验表明,该材质在化学成分内控基础上,采用高温正火油冷+两次回火工艺,材质可得到均匀的回火马氏体组织,具有较高的力学性能、冲击性能及较好的高温持久性能,FATT50实验值也满足技术规范的要求,并且在超超临界汽轮机高压内缸等铸件进行了生产应用,经检验满足用户技术要求。This paper presents a study on the melting of the cast steel material ZG11CriOMo1NiWVNbN and experimental research on different heat treatment processes for ultra-supercritical steam turbines.It is demonstrated that,based on controlled chemical composition,the material can achieve a uniform tempered martensite structure through high-temperature austenitizing followed by oil quenching and double tempering processes.The material exhibits high mechanical properties,impact resistance,and good high-temperature durability.The FATT50 experimental value also meets the requirements of technical specifications.Furthermore,the material has been applied in the production of high-pressure inner cylinder and other castings for ultra-supercritical steam turbines,and it has been tested to meet the technical requirements of the users.
