摘　　要：介绍了V法铸造的基本原理和采用V法铸造工艺生产圆弧形铸件的主要流程,通过对圆弧形铸件结构特性和铸造工艺性进行分析,合理选择分型面并设计计算浇注系统、冒口和工艺拉筋尺寸,严格控制造型、熔浇过程质量,确保铸件外观圆弧度、装配尺寸、铸件机械性能合格。The basic principle of V-process casting and the main flow of producing circular castings by V-process casting are introduced.By analyzing the structural characteristics and casting process of circular arc castings,rational selection of parting surface and design and calculation of pouring system,riser and process bar size,strict control of modeling,melting and pouring process,to ensure that the appearance of the arc degree of casting,assembly size,casting mechanical properties qualified.
