摘  要:对4N6纯铝熔体施加脉冲磁场处理,通过调整熔体液面处的磁感应强度,分析脉冲磁场对4N6纯铝凝固组织的影响。结果表明,对4N6熔体进行脉冲磁场处理能够细化其凝固组织。凝固组织由全部的细长羽毛晶组织转变为部分晶粒细小圆润的等轴晶组织。随脉冲磁场的磁感应强度增加,4N6纯铝凝固组织中等轴晶比例增加,当磁感应强度为68mT时,等轴晶比例为89%.The pulsed magnetic field was uesd to process 4N6 pure aluminum melt.Analyzing the effect of pulsed magnetic field on the solidification macrostructure of 4N6 pure aluminum by adjusting the magnetic induction intensity at the melt level.The results showed that pulsed magnetic field treatment of 4N6 melt can refine its solidification structure.The solidification structure changes from all elongated feather crystal structure to partially small and round equiaxed crystal structure.With the increase of magnetic induction intensity of the pulsed magnetic field,the proportion of equiaxed crystals in the solidification structure of 4N6 pure aluminum increases.When the magnetic induction intensity is 68mT,the proportion of equiaxed crystals is 89%.
