摘 要:采用喷涂方式在纤维素织物(CT)表面负载纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))颗粒,进而制备辐射制冷纤维素织物(SiO_(2)-CT)。纳米SiO_(2)可以提升CT的表面粗糙度,形成大量的光散射中心,进而提升CT的宽波段光管理能力。结果表明,SiO_(2)-CT在0.5~1.1μm和1.1~2.5μm波段的反射率分别达91%和73%。在中红外波段的发射率达0.97。SiO_(2)-CT展现出优异的辐射制冷效果,在中午时段可以自发降温~4.5℃,在夜间时段可以自发降温~6.5℃。In this study,nano-silica(SiO_(2))particles were loaded on the surface of cotton cellulose textiles(CT)by a spraying method to prepare radiative cooling cellulose textiles(SiO_(2)-CT).Nano-SiO_(2) could improve the surface roughness of CT and form a large number of light scattering centers,thus improving the ability of CT for broad-wide management of light.The results showed that the reflectance of prepared SiO_(2)-CT reached 91% and 73% in the spectra of 0.5-1.1μm and 1.1-2.5μm,respectively,and its emissivity reached 0.97 in the mid-infrared spectra.Finally,SiO_(2)-CT showed an excellent radiation cooling effect,which spontaneously enabled the sub-ambient temperature of ~4.5℃ at noon and~6.5℃ at night,respectively.
