摘 要:为研究阻塞冰与吊舱推进装置相对位置变化引起的水动力性能变化规律、载荷分布特点和流场变化趋势,通过建立冰与吊舱推进装置相互作用的数值模型和理论计算方法,改变阻塞冰的状态和空间位置变化。计算结果表明:在来流方向,当阻塞系数相同时,冰块尾端与桨盘面的轴向距离越近,螺旋桨的推力系数和扭矩系数越大;当阻塞面积相同时,螺旋桨的旋向对螺旋桨的推力系数和扭矩系数的影响不大;在相同阻塞系数下,垂向距离分布对螺旋桨的推力系数和扭矩系数几乎没有影响。冰块阻塞物对螺旋桨的阻塞面积越大,螺旋桨前面的低压区域越大;随着阻塞面积减小,阻塞物对螺旋桨的影响逐渐减小。研究结果可为冰区吊舱推进器的总体设计提供指导。In order to study the hydrodynamic performance,load distribution characteristics and flow field trend of the propeller caused by the relative position of the blocking ice and the pod propulsion unit,by establishing a numerical model and theoretical calculation method for the interaction between ice and pod propulsion devices,the state and spatial position of blocked ice can be changed.The results of calculation and analysis show that:when the blocking coefficient of the incoming flow direction is the same,the closer the axial distance between the end of the ice block and the propeller disk surface,the larger the thrust coefficient of the propeller and the torque coefficient;under the same blockage area,the propeller's direction has litle effect on the propeller's thrust coefficient and torque coefficient;under the same blockage coefficient,the vertical distance distribution has almost no effect on the thrust coefficient and torque coefficient of the propeller.The larger the blockage area of the ice block on the propeller is,the larger the low pressure area in front of the propeller;as the blockage area decreases,the impact of the blockage on the propeller gradually decreases.The research results can provide guidance for the overall design of the ice zone pod propeller.
