摘 要:为减小侧推槽道带来的船体阻力增值,以某集装箱船为研究对象,开展槽道布置参数优化研究。以设计工况下的总阻力最小为优化目标,以侧推槽道的纵向位置和垂向位置为设计变量,在设计空间内采用全因子法采样,并进行数值仿真,得到样本响应值构成样本空间;采用响应面法构建代理模型,并采用模拟退火算法对该模型进行寻优。结果表明,优化船的阻力性能相比原始船有明显改善,设计工况下的总阻力减小1.7%。In order to reduce the increment of hull resistance caused by the thruster tunnel,a container ship is taken as the research object to study the optimization of thruster channel layout parameters.The minimum total resistance under design conditions is taken as the optimization objective,the longitudinal and vertical positions of the thruster channel are taken as the design variables.The sampling in the design space is performed by using the full factorial design method,and the sample space is formed by the sample response values obtained from numerical simulation.And then,the surrogate model is built by using the response surface method,and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the obtained surrogate model.The results show that the resistance performance of the optimized ship is significantly improved compared with that of the original ship,and the total resistance is reduced by 1.7%under the design condition.
