摘 要:针对某主动升沉补偿(AHC)系统样机中存在的低速运行不稳定问题,分析二次单元及AHC系统工作原理,建立二次单元的数学模型,使用MATLAB/Simulink和AMESim软件建立基于二次单元的AHC系统仿真模型来研究低速特性。结果表明:配流盘结构会显著影响二次单元本体的流量脉动大小和AHC系统的低速稳定性;AHC的负载质量越大时低速控制下的转速脉动越大;改变二次单元机械效率对低速脉动影响较小;改变二次单元的容积效率不影响低速脉动率。Aiming at the problem of instability at low speed in active heave compensation(AHC)system prototype,the working principle of the secondary unit and the AHC system is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the secondary unit is established.The simulation model of the AHC system based on the secondary unit is established by using MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim software to study the low-speed characteristics.The results show that the valve plate structure can significantly affect the flow pulsation of the secondary unit body and the low-speed stability of the AHC system;the larger the load mass of the AHC is,the larger the speed pulsation under low-speed control is;changing the mechanical efficiency of the secondary unit has little effect on the low-speed pulsation;changing the volumetric efficiency of the second unit has no effect on the low-speed pulsation rate.
