来浙学历留学生择校影响因素研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法研究来浙学历留学生择校影响因素,结果表明:在可能影响留学生择校的诸维度、因素中,留学生最注重学校招生和毕业政策,最不注重学校的学术排名和声望,各维度之间存在显著正相关。具体来说,留学生最在意的因素是所选学校是否提供奖学金,最不在意的因素是所选学校有多少来自所在国家的留学生;不同国籍、性别和汉语水平的学历留学生在择校影响因素上并无显著差别,但本科生和硕士生在校园环境和生活设施以及所学专业就业前景上存在显著差异。高校应从加强学校官网建设、扩大奖学金受益人群、提高教学质量、制定和实施针对性政策等方面入手扩大学历留学生招生规模,提高国际化办学水平。A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the factors influencing the school selection of the degree-oriented international students in Zhejiang.The results show that among the six possible factors,international students pay most attention to enrollment and graduation policy and least to academic ranking and prestige.All the six factors are positively correlated significantly.Specifically,international students care most for the offer of scholarship and least for the number of international students from their same countries.No significant differences are found between the international students of different nationalities,genders and Chinese proficiency.But undergraduates and masters are significantly different at the two dimensions of“campus environment and living facilities”and“employment prospects of the academic programs”.It is suggested that colleges and universities expand the enrollment of international students to promote their international education by improving the school official homepage,expanding the scholarship beneficiaries,improving teaching quality and making and implementing targeted policies.
