分散染料全流程染色残液再生及循环利用

摘　　要：利用分散染料染色残液再生分离设备对分散染料染色全流程残液(包括染色、还原清洗、水洗等工序)分别进行处理分离得到相应工序的再生循环清水,再根据水质特征将清水循环用于相应染色或水洗工序中。结果显示:染色、水洗等工序废水分别经再生分离设备后可以得到循环利用的无色澄清水质,各项指标适合分散染料染色或水洗;再生后循环水可以循环利用10次以上,且染色后织物色光、牢度等与自来水效果一致;全流程循环染色工艺具有节水率高、助剂热能循环利用、染色质量稳定等特点,环境效益和经济效益显著。Use the regeneration and separation equipment of disperse dye dyeing residue to treat and separate the dyeing residue of the whole process of disperse dye(including dyeing,reduction cleaning,water washing and other sections)to obtain the recycled clean water of the corresponding sections,and then recycle the clean water for the corresponding dyeing or water washing sections according to the water quality characteristics.The results showed that the wastewater from dyeing,washing and other processes could be recycled to colorless and clear water quality after regeneration and separation equipment,and all indicators were suitable for disperse dye dyeing or washing water;The recycled water could be reused for more than 10 times,and the requirements for color and light fastness of the dyed fabric were consistent with the effect of tap water;The whole cycle dyeing process had the characteristics of high water saving rate,thermal energy recycling of auxiliaries,stable dyeing quality,and remarkable environmental and economic benefits.
