摘　　要：随着人们对多种纤维组合的棉混纺针织物舒适柔软手感需求的不断提升,固态软片柔软整理工艺受到越来越广泛的应用。大多数多种纤维组合的棉混纺针织物在经过固态软片柔软整理后,虽然柔软程度有所改善,但是同时也容易出现黄变现象。研究软片DM-3126对多种棉针织物的柔软整理,通过对织物整理前后的颜色特征值、柔软手感、耐酚黄变等性能的测试分析,对软片DM-3126在大生产应用中的适用性有更全面的了解和评估,并为制软工艺提供参考数据。结果表明:经过软片DM-3126处理的多种纤维组合的棉混纺针织物,符合车间大生产柔软手感要求,颜色色光变化较小,耐酚黄变效果可达4~5级。With the increasing demand for the comfortable and soft feel of various fiber combination cotton blend,the soft finishing process of solid soft film is increasingly widely used.Most cotton blended knitted fabrics with multiple fiber combinations are prone to yellowing,although their softness is improved after solid soft film softening treatment.Research on the softness finishing of various cotton knitted fabrics using DM-3126 film.By testing and analyzing the color characteristic values,soft feel,and resistance to phenol yellowing before and after the fabric finishing,a more comprehensive understanding and evaluation of the applicability of DM-3126 film in large-scale production applications could be obtained,and reference data can be provided for the softening process.The results showed that the cotton blended knitted fabric with multiple fiber combinations treated with DM-3126 met the requirements for soft feel in large-scale production in the workshop,with small color and light changes,and a phenol yellowing resistance effect of 4~5 level.
