摘  要:ZSM-5型蜂窝分子筛经氨离子交换除Mg^(2+)、高温水热处理提升硅铝比后,得到疏水性能良好的蜂窝状分子筛,采用氨气程序升温脱附以X荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射对改性前后样品的晶型、表面酸性和元素组成进行表征,研究了不同程度改性样品对乙酸乙酯/对二甲苯混合有机物的吸附性能。结果表明:经过氨交换-高温水热处理后的样品由于疏水性能提高,Mg^(2+)含量降低到一定程度时,对混合有机物的吸附性能明显提高,床层穿透曲线稳定性提升,适用于极性差异大的混合有机物的吸附净化。ZSM-5 honeycomb molecular sieve was modified to be honeycomb molecular sieve with good hydrophobic performance through removing Mg^(2+)by ammonia ion exchange and improving Si-Al ratio by high temperature hydrothermal treatment.The crystal shape,surface acidity and elemental composition of the samples before and after modification were characterized by ammonia temperature program desorption,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The adsorption properties of different modified samples for mixed organic matter of ethyl acetate/p-xylene were studied.The results show that after ammonia exchange-high temperature hydrothermal treatment,the adsorption performance of mixed organic matter is significantly improved when the Mg content is reduced to a certain extent,and the stability of bed penetration curve is significantly improved,which is suitable for the adsorption and purification of mixed organic matter with great polarity difference.
