景德镇瑶里明代青花瓷的EDXRF分析——兼与浙江龙坦青花瓷的对比

摘  要:采用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪(EDXRF),对明代中期景德镇瑶里青花瓷胎、釉和青花部位化学元素组成进行测试分析;并结合浙江龙坦窑青花瓷已有测试数据进行对比分析。结果表明:瑶里青花胎中Al_(2)O_(3)含量(~20.78 wt.%)高于龙坦窑青花(~17.59 wt.%),而SiO_(2)含量(~71.40 wt.%)低于龙坦窑青花(~78.92 wt.%),但二者瓷胎TiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)的含量都符合我国南方典型瓷胎的特征;瑶里青花瓷釉化学组成标准差要比龙坦窑的大,瑶里青花瓷釉中R_(2)O含量均值(~4.40 wt.%),高于龙坦窑(~2.33 wt.%),两窑址青花瓷釉助熔剂主要为CaO,其次为K_(2)O,皆以钙碱釉为主,其次为钙釉,龙坦窑部分青花瓷釉为碱钙釉。瑶里青花n(MnO)/n(CoO)为2.30~9.58,n(Fe_(2)O_(3))/n(CoO)为1.20~6.26;龙坦窑青花n(MnO)/n(CoO)为6.59~14.37,n(Fe_(2)O_(3))/n(CoO)为1.29~9.07。二者青花部位均具有高锰低铁的特征,呈色青中偏灰,均使用国产钴料。The chemical composition of blue-and-white porcelain,glaze and blue-and-white parts of Yaoli blue and white porcelain in Jingdezhen in the middle Ming Dynasty was analyzed by energy dispersed X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDXRF).Combined with the test data of blue and white porcelain of Zhejiang Longtan kiln,comparative analysis is made.The results show that:The Al_(2)O_(3) content(~20.78 wt.%)in Yoli blue and white tire was higher than that in Longtan Kiln(~17.59 wt.%),while the SiO_(2) content(~71.40 wt.%)was lower than that in Longtan kiln(~78.92 wt.%).However,the contents of porcelain tyre TiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3) are consistent with the features of typical porcelain tyre in south of our country.The standard deviation of chemical composition of the blue and white glaze of Yao Li is larger than that of Longtan Kiln,and the average content of R_(2)O in the blue and white glaze of Yao Li(~4.40 wt.%)is higher than that of Longtan Kiln(~2.33 wt.%).The flux of the blue and white glaze of the two kiln sites is CaO,followed by K_(2)O,which is mainly calcium alkali glaze,followed by calcium glaze,and part of the blue and white glaze of Longtan Kiln is alkali calcium glaze.The n(MnO)/n(CoO)values of Yaoli blue and white are 2.30-9.58,n(Fe_(2)O_(3))/n(CoO)1.20-6.26,n(MnO)/n(CoO)values of 6.59-14.37,n(Fe_(2)O_(3))/n(CoO)values of 1.29-9.07,respectively.The blue and white parts of both of them have the characteristics of high manganese and low iron,and the color is green to gray.Both of them use domestic cobalt material.
