摘  要:选择16种杀菌剂对甜瓜细菌性果斑病菌进行抑菌环试验,筛选到5种具有不同程度抑菌效果的杀菌剂,并选用其中抑菌效果较好的3种杀菌剂(杀菌剂1号200倍液、萎锈·福美双100倍液和0.3%四霉素250倍液)处理甜瓜带菌种子。结果表明:杀菌剂处理后,PCR检测结果仍为阳性,但在杀菌剂1号200倍液处理的甜瓜带菌种子中未分离到致病活菌,0.3%四霉素250倍液处理后种子的带菌量明显减少,而萎锈·福美双100倍液则无明显杀菌效果。杀菌剂1号200倍液和0.3%四霉素250倍液处理对种子发芽无明显影响,而苗期发病率与对照相比均显著降低。Sixteen kinds of bactericides were selected for the antibacterial ring test on the bacterial fruit blotch pathogen of melon,and 5 kinds of bactericides with varying degrees of antibacterial effects were selected.Among them,3 kinds of bactericides[Shajunji 1(200 times solution),Weixiu·Fumeishuang(100 times solution)and 0.3%tetracycline(250 times solution)]with better antibacterial effects were selected to treat melon seeds with bacteria.The results showed that after being treated with bactericide,the PCR detection results were still positive,but no live bacteria was isolated from the melon seeds treated with Shajunji 1(200 times solution).After being treated with 0.3%tetracycline(250 times solution),the bacteria carrier amount of the seeds was significantly reduced,while the bactericidal effect of Weixi·Fumeishuang(100 times solution)was not significant.Shajunji 1(200 times solution)and 0.3%tetracycline(250 times solution)had no significant effect on seed germination,but the seedling morbidity was significantly lower than that of control.
