摘  要:文章对汽车用玻纤质量分数为35%的短玻纤增强复合材料PA66进行静载拉伸试验,得到材料在3种偏轴角度的拉伸极限强度,分析了拉伸强度随纤维偏轴角度变化的规律。通过进行应力比为0.1的疲劳试验,得到材料在3种偏轴角度的S−N曲线,初步分析了每种偏轴角度的材料在不同应力水平的刚度降;同时分析了纤维取向分布对材料疲劳性能的影响,发现纤维取向分布对材料的疲劳性能影响较大,偏轴角度越小,纤维对材料的疲劳性能增强效果越好,3种角度的S−N曲线近似平行。A static tensile test is conducted on a short glass fiber reinforced composite mate⁃rial PA66 with a mass fraction of 35%,and the tensile ultimate strength of the material is obtained at 3 different off-axis angles.The variation of tensile strength with fiber off-axis angle is analyzed.By conducting fatigue tests with a stress ratio of 0.1,the S-N curves of the material at 3 different off-axis angles are obtained,and the stiffness reduction of the material at different stress levels for each offaxis angle is analyzed.The influence of fiber orientation distribution on the fatigue properties of the material is also analyzed.It is found that the fiber orientation distribution has a significant impact on the fatigue properties of the material,and the smaller the off-axis angle,the better the enhancement effect of the fiber on the fatigue properties of the material.The S-N curves of the 3 angles are approxi⁃mately parallel.
