对开展国债下乡过程中遇到的困境和机遇调查——以延边州为例

摘　　要：国债下乡作为人民银行落实国家乡村振兴和惠民政策的一项重要举措,对于拓宽农民投资渠道,提高农民收入具有积极意义。本文依据国债下乡现有政策,通过对延边州内乡镇居民开展问卷调查~((1)),分析延边州国债下乡工作中出现的乡镇国债销售金额较少、乡镇销售额占比持续较低、国债认知度不高、宣传覆盖率不够等问题的成因。同时,根据调查结果,提出加强国债下乡工作相关建议。As an important measure for the People's Bank of China to implement the national policy of rural revitalization and benefi ting the people,national debt to the countryside has a positive signifi cance for broadening farmers'investment channels and improving farmers'income.Based on the existing policy of national debt to the countryside,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the township residents in Yanbian Prefecture,and analyzes the causes of the problems such as the small amount of township national debt sales,the low proportion of township sales,the low awareness of national debt,and the insufficient publicity coverage in the work of Yanbian Prefecture national debt to the countryside.At the same time,according to the survey results,put forward to strengthen the national debt to the countryside work related suggestions.
