社会融入对农民工城市创业行为的影响研究

摘　　要：利用2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据(CMDS),实证分析社会融入对农民工城市创业行为的影响。结果表明,社会融入与农民工城市创业行为之间存在显著正相关关系;经济、文化、心理融入会显著正向影响其城市创业行为,而行为融入的影响却并不显著;就创业类型而言,社会融入与农民工城市机会型创业之间存在显著正相关关系,而与城市生存型创业关系并不显著;进一步分析发现,对于不同流动性质的农民工而言,社会融入与跨省流动农民工城市创业行为之间存在显著正相关关系,而在省内流动农民工群体中两者关系并不显著。Using the data of China Migrant Dynamic Survey(CMDS)in 2017,the influences of social integration on the urban entre⁃preneurial behavior of migrant workers were analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between so⁃cial integration and urban entrepreneurial behavior of migrant workers;economic,cultural and psychological integration had a signifi⁃cant positive impact on urban entrepreneurial behavior,but the effects of behavioral integration were not significant;in terms of entre⁃preneurial types,there was a significant positive correlation between social integration and urban opportunistic entrepreneurship of mi⁃grant workers,but no significant relationship between social integration and urban survival entrepreneurship;further analysis showed that for migrant workers of different mobility types,there was a significant positive correlation between social integration and urban entre⁃preneurial behavior of inter-provincial migrant workers,while the relationship was not significant in intra-provincial migrant workers.
