温通刮痧在痰瘀内阻型高血压患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察温通刮痧疗法对痰瘀内阻型高血压患者的干预效果。方法选取68例痰瘀内阻型高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予高血压常规治疗和生活方式干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施温通刮痧辅助治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组干预前后血压的变化情况、中医证候疗效等。结果干预后,中医证候疗效总有效率观察组为97.1%,对照组为76.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后收缩压差值对照组为(15.38±11.90)mmHg、观察组为(28.00±6.57)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预前后舒张压差值对照组为(6.85±6.94)mmHg、观察组为(14.32±5.76)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论温通刮痧疗法作为辅助疗法可有效降低痰瘀内阻型高血压患者的血压,改善患者中医证候。Objective To observe the intervention effect of Wentong scraping method on hypertension patients with phlegm-stasis type.Methods Totally 68 hypertension patients with phlegm-stasis type were chosen and divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by random number table.Patients in control group received routine treatment on hypertension and lifestyle intervention for 2 weeks.Patients in observation group received Wentong scraping method based on routine treatment and intervention for 2 weeks.The blood pressure changes,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate on TCM syndrome efficacy was 97.1%in observation group and 76.5%in control group after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference on systolic pressure before and after intervention was(15.38±11.90)in control group and(28.00±6.57)in observation group,and the difference was significant(P<0.001).The difference on diastolic pressure before and after intervention was(6.85±6.94)in control group and(14.32±5.76)in observation group,and the difference was significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Wentong scraping method can reduce blood pressure for hypertension patients with phlegm-stasis type as a adjuvant therapy and improve patients’TCM syndrome efficacy.
