摘 要:雷达天线座的结构刚度对天线的指向和跟踪精度控制有着重要影响。针对在天线座结构设计时,很难快速正确定位问题,提出了一种基于加权灵敏度的天线座结构弱点识别方法。首先,采用有限元方法分析得到某天线座四种典型工况的指向误差;其次,基于全局搜索的尺寸优化,引入灵敏度分析,并使用质量加权,建立了设计参数与响应的灵敏度方程;最后,依据计算结果,对天线座若干零部件进行改进优化,并对响应贡献较大的基座进一步进行拓扑优化。优化后的结果显示:优化后结构整体刚度最大提升44%,且对结构整体强度具有一定的鲁棒性,充分验证了所提出方法的有效性。The structural stiffness of an antenna pedestal has an important influence on the pointing accuracy and tracking accuracy of the radar antenna.To deal with the problem of fast and correctly locating error during antenna pedestal design,a weakness identification method for the antenna pedestal was proposed based on weighted sensitivity.Firstly,the pointing errors under four typical working conditions of the antenna pedestal were analyzed by using FEM.Secondly,based on the size optimization of global search,the sensitivity equations of design parameters and response were established by introducing the weighted sensitivity.Finally,according to the calculation results,some parts of the antenna pedestal were improved and optimized.Furthermore,the base of the antenna pedestal with large contribution to the response was optimized topologically.The optimization results show that the overall stiffness of the optimized structure is increased by 44%and it has certain robustness to overall strength,which fully verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
