摘　　要：目的:探讨医护-家庭一体化护理对人工授精患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取行86例宫腔内人工授精(IUI)助孕治疗的不孕症患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方式不同分为对照组和试验组,每组各43例。对照组患者按采用照常规流程实施护理干预;试验组患者在常规护理基础上实施医护-家庭一体化护理模式干预。两组均干预两个IUI周期。比较两组患者自我效能感(GSES)评分、激惹抑郁和焦虑量表(IDA)评分、IUI各周期放弃治疗比例及妊娠结局。结果:在IUI第1周期结束时,试验组患者GSES评分、IDA评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者IUI第2周期放弃治疗率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者第1、2周期生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医护-家庭一体化护理能够提高人工授精患者的自我效能,改善不良情绪,提高治疗依从性,对促进人工授精成功有积极的作用,可尝试推广。Objective:To explore the influence of medical nurse-family integrated nursing on pregnancy outcome of patients undergoing artificial insemination.Methods:86 patients with infertility who were treated with intrauterine artificial insemination(IUI)were selected in the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the test group according to the different nursing intervention methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group carried out nursing intervention according to the routine process,and the test group carried out medical nurse-family integration nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Both groups intervened for 2 IUI cycles.The self-efficacy(GSES)score,irritable depression and anxiety scale(IDA)score,the proportion of abandoning treatment in each cycle of IUI and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:At the end of the first cycle of IUI,the scores of GSES and IDA in the test group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the second cycle of the test group,the abandoning treatment rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the first and second cycles in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of medical nurse-family integrated nursing can improve the self-efficacy of patients with artificial insemination,improve their bad psychology,and improve their treatment compliance,which has a positive role in promoting the success of artificial insemination,and can be tried to promote.
