摘 要:为研究弯曲工艺对某型铝合金控制臂的成形质量和显微组织的影响,采用Deform-3D软件对该铝合金控制臂的锻造过程进行数值模拟,优化了弯曲模具型腔的设计。结果表明:在相同的工艺参数条件下,弯曲模具型腔的弯曲角度和形状会影响金属的流动和变形量,不合理的设计会导致异常再结晶的发生,从而影响轮廓粗晶的宽度。弯曲模具型腔的弯曲角度和形状优化后,预锻时坯料的变形更加均匀,有效地降低了变形和摩擦引起的温升,轮廓粗晶厚度得到控制,该锻造铝合金控制臂在截面A-A处的轮廓粗晶厚度由6 mm降至2 mm。In order to study the influences of bending process on the forming quality and microstructure of a certain aluminum alloy control arm,the forging process of the aluminum alloy control arm was numerically simulated by software Deform-3D,and the design of bending mold cavity was optimized.The results show that under the same process parameters,the change of bending angle and shape for the bending mold cavity affects the flow and deformation amount of the metal,and the unreasonable design can cause abnormal recrystallization,thus affecting the width of outline coarse grains.After the optimization on the bending angle and shape of the bending mold cavity,the deformation of billet during the pre-forging is more uniform,the temperature rise caused by deformation and friction is effectively reduced,and the thickness of outline coarse grain is controlled.Thus,the thickness of outline coarse grain at section A-A of the aluminum alloy control arm is reduced from 6 mm to only 2 mm.
