摘 要:通过ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对复合板弯曲成形过程进行仿真模拟,对比分析了不锈钢/铝合金/不锈钢层状金属复合板和单层金属板的弯曲性能,并采用双线性内聚力模型对界面分层损伤进行了研究。结果表明:不锈钢/铝合金/不锈钢层状金属复合板的弯曲性能具有复杂性,在弯曲成形中每层金属板所受应力不同,应力主要集中在弯曲中心部位,其中,430不锈钢板承受应力最大,其次为304不锈钢板,3003铝合金板承受应力最小;分层损伤的研究发现,每两层金属板之间均出现了分层损伤现象,并且304不锈钢板与3003铝合金板层间的分层损伤比430不锈钢板与3003铝合金板层间的分层损伤更为严重,并通过试验验证了仿真结果的可靠性。The bending process of composite plate was simulated by finite element simulation software ABAQUS.Then,the bending properties of stainless steel/aluminum alloy/stainless steel laminar metal composite plate and single-layer metal plate were compared and analyzed,and the interfacial delamination damage was studied by using a bilinear cohesion force model.The results show that the bending properties of stainless steel/aluminum alloy/stainless steel laminar metal composite plate are complex,the stress of each layer for metal plate is different during bending,and the stress is mainly concentrated in the center of bending.The 430 stainless steel plate withstands the greatest stress,followed by the 304 stainless steel plate,and the smallest is the 3003 aluminum alloy plate.The study of delamination damage finds that the delamination damage occurs between every two layers of metal plate,and the delamination damage between the 304 stainless steel plate and the 3003 aluminum alloy plate is more serious than that between the 430 stainless steel plate and the 3003 aluminum alloy plate.In addition,the reliability of the simulation results is verified by experiments.
