徐健众教授从脾胃论治灼口综合征经验

摘　　要：灼口综合征是一种以自觉口腔灼热感、疼痛或感觉异常为主要临床表现,但不伴临床损害体征的一组综合征。现代研究发现其病因复杂多样,且在中老年人群中发病率高,但至今仍缺乏明确治疗指南。因此,患该病人群多因未得到恰当治疗而饱受病痛折磨。徐健众教授在临床中重视脾胃功能,善于以脾胃为中心分析病证。他认为灼口综合征患者多因脾胃功能受损,再加情志过极、杂病日久等诱因,导致湿热酿生、阴火上灼。他提出针对脾虚湿热证、脾虚阴火证的灼口综合征独特的治疗思路,自拟常用经验方健脾除湿清口汤、健脾引火清口汤。且根据重庆气候特征,结合患者体质及其他病理因素等调整用药,徐健众教授于治疗灼口综合征有丰富的诊疗经验,临床疗效显著。Burning mouth syndrome is a group of syndromes witch conscious oral burning sensation,pain or abnormal sensation as the main clinical manifestations,but without clinical signs of damage.Modern studies have found that the causes of burning mouth syndrome are complex and diverse,and the incidence is high in the elderly,but there is still a lack of clear treatment guidelines.Therefore,because of lacking of appropriate treatment,BMS patients are suffering from pain and have great mental pressure.Professor Xu Jianzhong attaches great importance to the function of spleen and stomach in clinical practice,and is good at analyzing diseases and syndromes centered on spleen and stomach.He thought that BMS patients were mostly caused by impaired spleen and stomach function,combined with excessive emotions,long-term miscellaneous diseases,bad living habits and other incentives,which led to the production of damp-heat and the burning of yin fire.He put forward a unique treatment idea for burning mouth syndrome of syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency and syndrome of yin-fire due to spleen deficiency.Self-made commonly used experience prescription Jianpi Chushi Qingkou decoction and Jianpi Yinhuo Qingkou decoction.In addition,according to Chongqing regional climate characteristics,combined with the patient's different constitutions,eating habits,lifestyle adjustment medication.Professor Xu Jianzhong has rich experience in the treatment of burning mouth syndrome,and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
