摘　　要：儿童慢性咳嗽是指以咳嗽为主要或惟一的临床表现,病程大于4周,胸部X线片未见明显异常的一类疾病。风邪是引起儿童慢性咳嗽的重要病因,此文从中医方面对风邪与儿童慢性咳嗽的关系,风邪致儿童慢性咳嗽的病因病机、论治等方面进行综述,整理了风邪与儿童慢性咳嗽的相关文献,总结其最新的研究概况,为中医药研究与治疗儿童慢性咳嗽提供思路。Chronic cough in children refers to a kind of disease with cough as the main or only clinical manifestation,the course of disease over 4 weeks,and no obvious abnormality in chest X-ray.Wind pathogen is an important cause of chronic cough in children.In this paper,the relationship between wind pathogen and chronic cough in children,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of chronic cough in children caused by wind pathogen were reviewed from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine.The relevant literatures of wind pathogen and chronic cough in children were sorted out,and the latest research situation was summarized,which provides ideas for the research and treatment of chronic cough in children with traditional Chinese medicine.
