摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟芪红定喘汤治疗慢性肺心病心衰的临床效果。方法 将筛选入组的74例慢性肺心病心衰患者以信封法随机分成对照组、研究组各37例,对照组予西医常规治疗,研究组同时予自拟芪红定喘汤治疗,均持续治疗2周,比较2组治疗情况。结果 研究组中医证候总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组6 min步行试验距离长于对照组(P<0.05),研究组脑钠肽(BNP)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自拟芪红定喘汤治疗慢性肺心病心衰临床效果较好,改善心肺功能,能增加LVEF和降低BNP水平,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Qihong Dingchuan decoction in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the research group was given Qihong Dingchuan decoction at the same time.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks,and the treatment conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the 6-minute walking distance of the study group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made Qihong Dingchuan decoction on the basis of western medicine has good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.It can improve cardiopulmonary function,increase cardiac ejection fraction,and can reduce BNP level,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of application and promotion.
