龙氏治脊疗法联合热敏灸治疗颈椎病颈痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析龙氏治脊疗法配合热敏灸在颈椎病颈痛中的应用效果。方法 以上犹县人民医院2020年3月—2022年2月收治的105例颈椎病颈痛患者为研究对象,并基于入院先后顺序分为对照1组(35例,龙氏治脊疗法)、对照2组(35例,热敏灸疗法)和试验组(35例,龙氏治脊疗法和热敏灸疗法),对比3组临床疗效与量表评分差异。结果 3组临床疗效对比,试验组整体治疗有效率高于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后3组NPQ、McGill、VAS以及SF-36各量表评分均有改善,试验组改善幅度大于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05)。结论 将热敏灸与龙氏治脊疗法有效结合,治疗颈椎病颈痛疗效确切,且还能改善患者临床症状,有助于提高患者的生活质量,推广应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the application effect of Long's chiropractic therapy combined with thermal moxibustion in cervical pain of cervical spondylosis.Methods 105 patients with cervical pain of cervical spondylosis treated in Shangyou County People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were taken as the research objects.Based on the order of admission,they were divided into control group 1(35 cases,Long's chiropractic therapy),control group 2(35 cases,thermal moxibustion therapy)and experimental group(35 cases,Long's chiropractic therapy and thermal moxibustion therapy).The clinical effect and scale scores of the three groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical effect of the three groups was compared.The overall effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of NPQ,McGill,vas and SF-36 in the three groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement range of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective combination of thermal moxibustion and Long's chiropractic therapy is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and neck pain,and can also improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,and has high value of popularization and application.
