摘　　要：癃闭是以小便量少,排尿困难,甚则小便闭塞不通为主要症状的一种疾病,在临床上较为常见。在康复医学科中,中风后或脊髓损伤患者出现的尿潴留症状类似于癃闭,现代医学称之为神经源性膀胱。此类癃闭(神经源性膀胱)患者因排尿不尽,膀胱中有尿液残留,大大增加尿路感染的发生率,增加患者、医务人员的负担。笔者在临床上使用偶刺法治疗癃闭,疗效确切,能减少患者留置尿管的时间,减少尿路感染的风险,减少抗生素的使用,在临床上有一定的应用价值。Retention of urine is a kind of disease characterized by small amount of urination or even obstruction of urination.It is common in clinic.In rehabilitation medicine department,it is often seen in patients after stroke or spinal cord injury.Modern medicine calls it neurogenic bladder.Such patients need to keep a catheter for a long time,which is easy to lead to urinary tract infection and increase the burden of patients and medical staff.We used the method of Paired Needling in the clinical treatment of retention of urine,the curative effect was exact,and it could reduce the time of indwelling the catheter,reduce the risk of urinary tract infection,reduce the use of antibiotics,and has certain clinical application value.
