摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺法联合生物反馈治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的效果。方法 确诊为压力性尿失禁,并且运用生物反馈疗法的女性患者,采用随机分配原则,划分成治疗组(针刺联合生物反馈疗法)与对照组(仅运用生物反馈疗法),每组30例,确认2组参与治疗之前、参与治疗之后,1 h尿垫实验、ICI-Q-SF评分的变化状况与最终疗效。结果 相对于对照组,治疗组在治疗前后ICI-Q-SF评分、1 h尿垫实验有显著优化,差异有显著性统计学意义。结论 针刺联合生物反馈治疗和单纯生物反馈治疗对女性压力性尿失禁均有疗效,但针刺联合生物反馈治疗对改善SUI症状、改善漏尿量、减少尿失禁发生频率疗效更为显著,改善病情程度较轻患者的症状更优。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with biofeedback on stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods Female patientswith SUI and using biofeedback therapy were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined)and control group(only using biofeedback therapy),with 30 patients in each group.Before and after treatment,changes and final efficacy of 1H pad test,ICI-Q-SF score were confirmed.ResultsCompared with the control group,the ICI-Q-SF score and 1 h urine pad test in the treatment group were significantly optimized before and after treatment,and the difference between the data was significant.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with biofeedback therapy and simple biofeedback therapy have curative effects on female stress urinary incontinence,but acupuncture combined with biofeedback therapy has more significant effects on improving SUI symptoms,improving urine leakage,and reducing the frequency of urinary incontinence,and acupuncture combined with biofeedback therapy is more effective forpatients withmild illness.
