从带脉论治盆底松弛综合征经验

摘　　要：盆底松弛综合征发病率高、病程长,但常常被传统且坚忍的中国女性所忽略,目前已是肛肠科常见疾病,对于盆底松弛综合征的治疗,非手术治疗是目前临床主要治疗方式,但有效率及愈后并不理想,相关中医学者的研究认为中医治疗盆底松弛综合征可成为此病治疗方式新的突破,但因为盆底松弛综合征没有系统化的理论支持,中医治疗此病也暂无定式,而随着老年化进程逐渐加深,盆底松弛综合征发病率逐年上升,对于切实解决此类患者的系统诊治也愈发重要。唐智军教授在长期临床观察及实践中发现,从带脉分虚实两证,以中医特色针灸治疗方式治疗盆底松弛综合征卓有成效,此文基于唐智军教授的观点和经验,总结阐述从带脉治疗盆底松弛综合征的临床运用,旨在为临床应用提供可靠的理论支撑。Relaxed pelvic floor syndrome has a high incidence and a long course of disease,but it is often ignored by traditional and stoic Chinese women.Currently,and it has become a common disease in the anorectal department.For the treatment of pelvic floor relaxation syndrome,non-surgical treatment is the main clinical treatment,but the effective rate and recovery are not ideal.Relevant traditional Chinese medicine scholars believe that the treatment of relaxed pelvic floor syndrome can become a new breakthrough in the treatment of this disease,because there is no systematic theoretical support for pelvic floor relaxation syndrome.The treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine has no formula,with the gradual deepening of the process of aging,the incidence of relaxed pelvic flor syndrome is increasing year by year,and it is increasingly important to effectively solve the systematic diagnosis and treatment of such patients.In the long-term clinical observation and practice,Professor Tang Zhijun found that the treatment of relaxed pelvic floor syndrome with acupuncture and moxibustion was effective.Based on the views and experience of Professor Tang Zhijun,this paper summarized and elaborated the clinical application of the treatment of relaxed pelvic floor syndrome with belt vessel,in order to provide reliable theoretical support for clinicalapplication.
