中医药治疗乙醇诱导急性胃黏膜损伤研究进展

摘　　要：随着经济的发展及人们生活方式的改变,酒类饮品消费在日常生活中逐渐增多,因此由乙醇引起的急性胃黏膜损伤的发生率也逐渐增高。乙醇是引起急性胃黏膜损伤的众多重要因素之一,也是目前医学界公认的造成胃出血的主要原因。现有临床及实验研究发现,中医中药对乙醇诱导的胃黏膜损伤有较好的保护作用。因此此文将单味中药、中药复方、中药多糖等治疗乙醇诱导急性胃黏膜损伤的实验研究内容进行归纳总结,为临床中西医治疗此类疾病提供参考。With the development of economy and the change of people's lifestyle,the proportion of alcohol consumption in daily life is gradually increasing,so the incidence of acute gastric mucosal injury caused by ethanol is also gradually increasing.Ethanol is one of the important factors causing acute gastric mucosal injury,and it is recognized as the main cause of gastric bleeding.Existing studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine has a better protective effect on ethanol induced gastric mucosal injury.Therefore,this paper summarizes the experimental research contents of single traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine compound and traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharide in the treatment of ethanol induced acute gastric mucosal injury,so as to provide reference for clinical Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of such diseases.
