中西医治疗胸椎小关节紊乱研究进展

摘　　要：胸椎小关节紊乱主要表现为胸背部疼痛和不适。严重者可出现呼吸困难、憋气胸闷、心悸等神经功能紊乱症状以及内脏器官的相关症状。随着科技的进步,人们的生存环境和生存质量得到了极大改善。平板电脑、电子书等电子产品不断走进人们的生活,长时间保持不协调、不规范的姿势操作电子产品,使背部肌肉处于持续紧张牵拉状态,胸椎结构不稳而导致胸椎关节突关节发生错位,对患者的生活质量有很大影响。近几年,随着胸椎小关节紊乱患者的不断增加,人们对其进行了更加深入的研究,取得了一定成果。在此通过文献检索,从临床诊断、治疗方法等方面对中西医治疗胸椎小关节紊乱进行了全面的总结,希望能对临床医生的诊治提供参考价值。Thoracic facet joint disorder is mainly manifested as chest and back pain and discomfort.In severe cases,dyspnea,shortness of breath,chest tightness,palpitations and other neurological disorders may occur,as well as symptoms related to internal organs.With the progress of science and technology,people's living environment and quality of life has been greatly improved.Tablet computers,e-books and other electronic products continue to enter people's lives,which keep uncoordinated and non-standard posture to operate electronic products for a long time,causing the back muscles to be in a state of continuous tension and pulling.The instability of thoracic vertebra structure leads to dislocation of thoracic joint process,which has a great impact on the quality of life of patients.In recent years,with the increasing number of patients with thoracic facet joint disorder,people have carried out more in-depth research on it and achieved some results.In this paper,through literature search,clinical diagnosis,treatment methods and other aspects of a comprehensive summary,hoping to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment for clinicians'reference value.
